- What MAXI program offers?
- Today the first multi-brand program of loyalty MAXI allows consumers to receive discounts and save bonuses* by means of only one MAXI CARD, making purchases in shops-partners MAXI. Thus, MAXI CARD owners can always count on more benefit. Possibility to pay for purchases using saved up bonuses[1] in MAXI network, to buy the goods on the installment plan and to use special offers from Maxi partners is an incomplete list of privileges which will open additional possibilities to each MAXI CARD owner .
- Where can I get MAXI CARD?
- You can buy MAXI CARD package from MAXI shops-partners or get it for free by changing partner’s discount card.
- Where can I use MAXI CARD?
- You can use Your MAXI CARD through the whole network of MAXI Partners. To find out who are our partners you can visit page Partners.
- Are there any age limits for participation in MAXI program?
- Yes, for participation in the program to you 14 years should be executed.
- What is the advantage of MAXI CARD activation
- Each MAXI CARD owner can use a card for discounts reception and accumulation of bonuses during purchasing on all Maxi network at once. To have possibility to pay off bonuses for purchases or services, your card should be activated (card number should satisfy the information specified by you in the questionnaire). This measure is necessary for protection of yours transactions, and also for reception of special personal offers.
- How can I activate my MAXI CARD?
- Àctivation of Your MAXI CARD is possible at cash desk in any of MAXI shops-partners. The activation code will be printed on the check which will appear as soon as the card spends through the POS-terminal. To continue activation you need to send this code through SMS [2] on short number which also will be specified on the check. In the answer, to number specified by you in the questionnaire, you receive SMS with a PIN code (please, be convinced that number from which you send SMS, coincides with number specified by you in the questionnaire). You can change PIN-code by calling to contact-center or sending SMS request.
- I have already sent an activation code. When my MAXI CARD will be activated? How soon can I use my MAXI CARD?
- You can receive discounts and save bonuses using MAXI CARD as soon as it has appeared in your hands. Acknowledgement of activation of your card will occur within a week from the moment of sending SMS and questionnaire filling. As soon as your card will be activated, you receive the SMS notice. Right after activation you can pay off using bonuses* for the goods and services in all network MAXI.
- How to learn about shops which take part in MAXI program?
- Finding MAXI shops-partners is very simple! All of them are presented on a site www.maxicard.ua on Partners page, they can be learned on firm "butterfly" MAXI on an input, and they are specified in special brochures in MAXI shops-partners . Besides, you can always address in contact-center MAXI and ask an operator to help you.
- What types of MAXI CARD exist? What difference between logos of MAXI partners which are represented on cards?
- There are two types of MAXI CARD – usual and personified. There is no essential difference between them, except that on personified MAXI CARD the name of the owner of a card is filled in. Different logos say that cards have been let out at the desire of this or that partner MAXI.
- If I already have a discount card of one of Maxi partners what will be my discount at use MAXI CARD?
- You can visit any shop of MAXI Partner , the owner of which discount card you are, and to exchange it for card MAXI CARD. Thus Your new MAXI CARD has the same discount or percent of bonuses as previous one had.
- Are there any additional discounts, bonuses or personal encouragements for active participants of the loyalty MAXI program?
- Yes, the most active program participants receive more advantages from network of MAXI partners, and also from operator MAXI CARD. For example, active buyers receive personal offers, discounts and bonuses[1]dated for Birthday of the card owner, actions, or holidays.
- What is the bonuse*? How can it be used?
- 1 bonlus = one 1 hryvna. Bonuses are charged on yours MAXI CARD with each purchase in a MAXI partners network.
- For example: You buy the TV for 5000 hrn, using the 5 % bonus offer. Thus, you have earned 250 hrn which have been added into your bonus account. You can pay off using bonuses for the goods and services already next day. Recharge a mobile phone, buy clothes, spend bonuses for something special…
- How do I find out about special discounts and the offers developed specially for me.
- We provide some ways, using which it is possible to learn about special discounts and offers developed for you.
- Due to mobile service MAXI SMS Informer You can always count on more benefit. To receive the personal offer in favourite shop, it is enough to send SMS [3] with the name of shop and number of yours MAXI CARD. For example, to receive the personal offer in shop Colins, send following SMS [3]: Colins to number 3366XXXX (where ÕÕÕÕ – the last of 4 numbers of Your MAXI CARD.

- To find out the number of bonuses which have collected on Your account, please send SMS with word: Bonus to number XXXX. (where ÕÕÕÕ – the last 4 numbers on Your MAXI CARD).
- Information about discounts by Your birthday or special offers, you learn on our site, and also from sent SMS messages and e-mails to you.
- Also, SMS messages will keep you informed about interesting offers, promo-actions, day offers and actions from MAXI Partners developed taking into account your preferences.
- Weekly e-mails which will come on Your E-mail, will tell to You about new MAXI Partners and about their special offers.
- Brochures and information booklets will give answers to questions on the program, a network of Partners, and also about their special offers

- Who is responsible for service within the limits of the loyalty program?
- Benefit Sistems – the operator and the founder of the first programs of loyalty MAXI in Ukraine, is responsible for service within the limits of program work. Responsibility for quality of the goods and services that are bought in shops-partners MAXI, bear partners.
