To get Your personal MAXI CARD is really easy, do it NOW
To spend the bonuses you earned, your MAXI CARD must be registered and activated (application form filled in and returned). If it is not, you can only earn bonuses, but not spend them.
What you need to do.
- If you have a discount card of any MAXI partner ( see the whole network here) simply exchange it in any of its shops to MAXI CARD. Alternatively you can purchase a MAXI start up package with card inside, in any of the network shops. Look for them at the cashiers.
- Fill in the application form and pass on to cashier together with MAXI CARD. In return you will get a receipt with the activation number. Send this number by SMS* from mobile number you indicated in the application form.
- Then you will receive SMS with confirmation of activation process and the personal pin-code, which you will need in order to spend your bonuses. It is very important that you need to activate from the number that indicated in the application form.
- After this you can earn and spend bonuses straight away. Also keeping track of your purchases and bonus balance via «My MAXI» account and receive personal exciting special offers and latest news.
